Who is Crumb & Play?

Hi, I’m Nicole — a professional nanny with over five years of experience in early childhood care and education, and the founder of Crumb & Play, a Montessori-inspired roleplay café designed around the magic of child-led, open-ended, experience-based play.

After years of working closely with young children and their families, I’ve learned that supporting little ones also means supporting their grown-ups — taking a holistic approach to early years development and family wellbeing. That’s exactly why I created Crumb & Play: a space where children can explore, imagine, and learn through play, while parents can finally enjoy a hot cup of coffee (yes, actually hot!).

Crumb & Play is more than a café — it’s a calm, welcoming space for families to connect, recharge, and have real, honest conversations about what raising children truly looks like. No perfection here — just community, support, and a whole lot of fun along the way.
